くしゃみをした時なんて言う？

誰かがくしゃみをした時、英語圏ではbless you と言うのだそうですね。中国語では百岁（100歳という意味）と言うのだそうです。

(だれかが くしゃみをしたとき、えいごけんでは bless you と いうのだそうですね。ちゅうごくごでは bai sui(ひゃくさい という いみ)というのだそうです)

I hear that people in western countries say “bless you” when someone sneezes.

It is also said that Chinese  people say “bai sui” in this situation (it means “one hundred years”)

日本語にはそういう言い方はあんまりありません。

誰かがくしゃみをしたら、「大丈夫？」とか「風邪ひいたの？」と言ってあげると良いと思います。

(にほんごには そういういいかたは あんまり ありません。

だれかが くしゃみをしたら「だいじょうぶ？」とか「かぜひいたの？」と いってあげると いいとおもいます。)

In Japanese, there is not a word similar to them. 

If someone sneezes around you, it’s good to say “Daijo:bu?(Are you okay?)” or “Kaze hi:tano?(Do you have a cold?) ”

それから、くしゃみが出るのは誰かがその人の噂をしているからだ、という迷信があります。

くしゃみをした人に対して「誰かが噂をしてるのかも？😁」なんて言えたら日本語上級者ですね。

(それから、くしゃみがでるのは だれかが そのひとの うわさを しているからだ、という めいしんが あります。

くしゃみをしたひとに たいして「だれかが うわさをしてるのかも？」なんていえたら にほんごじょうきゅうしゃですね。)

Also, there is a superstition that “When you sneeze, someone is gossiping about you”. 

You are a senior of Japanese if you say “someone is gossiping about youXD” to people who sneezes.
